Partner at TBA Periti, a Malta firm of architects and civil and structural engineering consultants formed in 1988, and a founding partner and consultant there since 1992. Associate Professor in Civil Structural Engineering at the University of Malta's Faculty for the Built Environment, and Head of the Department of Civil & Structural Engineering since 2019. He is the Maltese National Delegate on the Eurocode 8 committee.
