Ray Demicoli graduated from the University of Malta in 1975 in Architecture and Civil Engineering and founded the practice DeMicoli & Associates in 1985. The firm works on commercial, residential and hospitality projects in Malta and abroad, including Spinola Park, The Quad Centre and Portomaso developments.
