Change was necessary due to extreme flakiness of the hydraulic plaster on existing humid and very salty facade stone blocks. Original decoration was that of mosaic finish that was altered to hydraulic plaster as required by PA during RG application processing. The roof top P.V. panels are being requested to be sanctioned.
