Extension of existing Class 5A factory as follows; The proposal seeks permission for the construction of an extension to the existing ring road towards the western side of the site, in accordance with the land allocation endorsed by INDIS. The proposed works include the demolition of the existing boundary wall along the western boundary, the realignment of the site boundaries, and the construction of the extended ring road. The application also provides for the segregation and definition of site areas intended for possible future development, which will be subject to separate planning applications.
