To sanction shifting of a collapsed pre-67 structure and its re-building in a slightly shifted location within the same site and footprint to be used as an agricultural store, the acknowledgement of existing reservoirs on site (one over-flowing to the other), the formation of a gate at the entrance of the field, a boundary wall and a number of demarcation walls to hold the soil terracing as approved by DC2015. The works also propose maintenance works to some of the boundary rubble walls around the site and the addition of soil within the site to increase the soil depth for cultivation purposes. The application also proposes dismantling and re-erection an additional room used for personal animals on site.
