Dr Perit Jevon Vella is a warranted architect and civil engineer specialising in conservation architecture, trained at the University of Malta and La Sapienza, Rome. He sat on the first Environment and Planning Review Tribunal (2010-2014) and has been Deputy Director at MCAST's Institute for the Creative Arts since 2018.
