Dr Robert Musumeci is a warranted advocate and a perit, founding partner of the architectural firm RMPERITI, and practised as a perit from 1998 before being admitted to the Maltese Bar in 2016. He holds a Master's in Conservation Technology in Masonry Buildings and a Doctor of Laws, and is a senior lecturer in planning and administrative law at the University of Malta. He is a former chairperson of the Building Industry Consultative Council and has published books and articles on planning, administrative and civil law.
